The relationship of assertiveness to the behavior of academic procrastination to students working in the university of Mercu Buana Bekasi

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between assertiveness and academic procrastination towards the student of Universitas Mercu Buana Bekasi who works. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study are Regular Student 2 with the characteristic of the bachelor degree in the University of Mercu Buana, ≥ the 2013 force who is still active. How to determine the sample using Purposiv sampling. The number of samples in this study was 185 Respondents. Measurement in this study uses the academic procrastination scale of Surijah with alpha Crombach value of .722, Assertiveness scale with alpha crombach .925. data analysis technique in this research is correlation test and normality test. The result of this research is still in peroses.
